The client faced significant challenges in achieving consistent dilution of Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES), a key ingredient in many personal care products. Initially, they sourced pre-diluted SLES from suppliers, but inconsistencies in quality led to formula issues and product rejection.

Switching to in-house dilution using electric mixers and timers introduced variability due to manual processes, resulting in further inconsistencies and financial losses. Additionally, production capacity was limited by the time-consuming nature of the existing dilution process.
