A hygienic check valve, also known as a one-way valve, opens when the pressure below the valve plug exceeds the pressure above the valve plug. Opening is achieved by spring force or self-weight.

CHV check valves, series 64, are made of forged material. The valve body consists of two parts connected by a standard clamp and sealed with a standard gasket.

CHV check valves, series 65, have been designed to meet strict hygienic requirements. They are made of high-quality forged material. These valves operate on the principle of self-weight and do not contain springs, making them suitable for use in low-pressure systems. The Series 65 check valve is designed for horizontal installation.

The hygienic check valve is made of high-quality forged steel, ensuring a smooth, pore-free surface, precisely machined for greater dimensional stability.
All seats and seals are made of FDA-approved materials.
