The Cipriani Harrison single-seat valve has a unique design that allows for greater seat displacement and increased stroke. This allows viscous and particulate-laden fluids to flow through the valve more efficiently.

The Cipriani Harrison single-seat valve has a modular design. A simple switch can be used to change the manual version to a version with an actuator or a high-pressure actuator.

The Tapflo single-seat valve is available with an optional tangential outlet. If the valve needs to be installed horizontally, there is a high probability that the product will become trapped in the valve body during standard installation.
In such applications, it is recommended to use a valve with a tangential outlet, which has an eccentric outlet tangential to the spherical valve body. This ensures that nothing gets trapped during valve operation. Typical examples of such cases are horizontal tank outlets, drain valves or areas with limited space.

The single-seat valve from Cipriani Harrison is available in an angle valve configuration. This type of configuration is primarily installed for media containing large particles or media with higher viscosity. This configuration helps to handle the media gently and, in addition, the inlet and outlet are located in the same plane in such cases.

The Cipriani Harrison single-seat valve is available in a bottom valve configuration. This valve is available in two different versions, i.e. with the seat opening inside the tank or outside the tank. Depending on the application or medium, one of the two versions can be selected.

Cipriani Harrison single-seat valves are also available in an aseptic version, designed for installation in aseptic environments.
This valve is equipped with a single-piece diaphragm that hermetically seals it against atmospheric ingress, ensuring protection against atmospheric contamination.
This version can be used in combination with other configurations, such as a tangential outlet valve, an angle valve or a bottom valve.

The Cipriani Harrison single-seat overflow valve is designed to bypass or reduce excess pressure in a pipeline.
The overpressure valve is designed to operate within a pressure range that can be set during installation.
The overflow valve is available with a seat lift mechanism that can be operated manually or pneumatically.

Cipriani Harrison single-seat valves are available for high-pressure applications.
The modular design of single-seat valves allows the user to change the actuator from normal to high pressure at any stage of use.
High-pressure actuators are available for rated pressures up to 25 bar.

Cipriani Harrison double-sealed single-seat valves are used in automatic piping systems where there is a risk of product mixing due to water hammer or seat failure.
The single-seat mixproof valve is designed for the safe separation of media in hygienic process applications.

The Cipriani Harrison single-seat valve is available with an additional pneumatic assist system. In critical cases where a standard single-seat valve is used and additional pressure is required to open the valve.
In such cases, we offer an optional pneumatic assist system that supports the actuator with additional opening force.

The Tapflo single-seat valve is available in a manual version. The valve can be opened or closed using a quarter-turn manual actuator.
