Vertical centrifugal pumps – CTV series
Vertical centrifugal pumps designed for pumping or circulating media in industrial applications. These are single-stage pumps designed with a housing submerged directly in the liquid, driven by an electric motor and equipped with an open impeller providing good solids handling capabilities. CTV centrifugal pumps are available in plastic (PP or PVDF) or AISI 316L stainless steel.
Vertical centrifugal pumps CTV do not have a mechanical seal, which facilitates service. The vertical design and tank mounting protects the motor from flooding with the pumped liquid, and the column is submerged in the liquid to a depth of up to 425 mm (longer versions on request). CTV pumps allow pumping of contaminated liquids, they can be used, among others, in the chemical industry, wastewater treatment plants, and water treatment.

| PP | PP (polypropylene) is resistant to most chemical media up to 70 °C. Ideally suited for pickling baths or surface degreasing. | |
| PVDF | PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) has excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Ideal for hot liquids, up to 100 °C – e.g., for hot hydrofluoric acid. | |
| stainless steel AISI 316L | Acid-proof steel AISI 316L is ideal for high temperatures, up to 100 °C and special applications, such as pumping sodium hydroxide. All metal parts are made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316L steel. For special applications (e.g., chromium-nickel plating), electropolished steel models are available. | |
