In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1) we are the administrator of your personal data as our customers. Our details: Tapflo sp. z o.o. , with its registered office in Tczew (83-110), ul. Czatkowska 4B, NIP: 5840203417.

2) we only process data that you have provided voluntarily in connection with entering into cooperation with us. In particular, we may process the following personal data: First name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address of your representatives, agents or company owners (in cases where personal data is part of the company name) as well as NIP or PESEL number in relation to company representatives.

3) we do not process any special categories of data (so-called “sensitive data”);

5) Recipients of your data may be companies cooperating with us in the execution of orders (e.g. courier companies, transport companies, subcontractors, post office). Due to the fact that we are part of the international Tapflo group, within which we use common order management software, your data will be entrusted to the parent company – Tapflo Production LTD with its registered office in the United Kingdom – the basis for entrusting data within the Tapflo Group are relevant agreements;

6) the basis for processing is the concluded agreement, voluntary consent and the legitimate interest of the administrator in relation to the marketing of own services and data processing within the capital group;

7) the personal data provided by you will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the entire time until you instruct us to delete it. We need information about your order history and the specifics of the equipment supplied to ensure that you can benefit from after-sales service as well as modernisation and repair of the equipment throughout its lifetime, which may be impossible or very difficult if this data is deleted;

8) you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent to data processing during the term of the agreement may prevent the administrator from exercising some of the rights arising from the content of the concluded agreement. Such an instruction will also not be effective in relation to data necessary for the performance of the agreement or data which the administrator is obliged to process in accordance with applicable regulations;

9) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR);

10) providing your personal data is necessary to conclude the agreement;

11) neither the administrator nor any entity entrusted with the personal data provided by you uses profiling within the meaning of the GDPR or makes automated decisions based on profiling;
