Once the pump is placed inside the drum and activated, it autonomously unloads the contents, automatically stopping when the drum is empty. Moreover, the system directly supplies filling or packing machines, thanks to the electrically operated and user-friendly pump control. This enables operators to multitask, such as preparing another drum by opening and securing the lining bag, without compromising efficiency.
Our system is mounted on a highly mobile 4-wheel frame, which ensure easy transportation to the desired location where your drums are stored. Once the system is in position, you can supply pallets with drums using a forklift truck or a manual pallet truck. Thanks to our system’s support structure, pallet placement is a breeze, allowing for an immediate start of the unloading process without the need for precise positioning.
The next step is lowering the pump to the top of the drum that requires unloading. Once the pump is properly positioned, simply press the START button on the control panel. In automatic mode, the pump will autonomously lower and unload the drum until it reaches the bottom, at which point it will stop lowering and pumping. Alternatively, the operator can take manual control by selecting the manual operation mode.
Completing the drum unloading process is as straightforward as removing the lid from an emptied drum. To expedite this step, our system facilitates lid removal by supplying compressed air between the lid and the drum, making it both quick and hassle-free.

Within the control panel, operators can seamlessly switch between automatic and manual operation modes. This control hub also provides pushbuttons for manual adjusting the pump’s position (RAISE or LOWER) and managing its operation (START or STOP). Furthermore, you have control over pumping speed and the activation of compressed air between the lid and the drum. Each control panel is equipped with a primary system switch (ON/OFF) and a safety emergency stop pushbutton (E-STOP) for enhanced security.
