Our Unloading System features carefully selected components designed for reliability and durability. The heart of the system is the Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump (e.g. Tapflo TK200 PTT) with PTFE diaphragms and valve balls with an integrated pulsation dampener, ensuring efficient operation with a wide range of liquids. The suction lance includes a baffle plate to minimize turbulence and optimize flow. The mobile frame features a 4-wheel design for easy transportation, while the pneumatic control system or manual winch are available in both standard and ATEX-compliant versions, depending on your needs. The system also includes a camlock fitting for secure hose connections.
| Pump with integrated pulsation dampener Ensures a steady liquid flow by minimizing pressure variations, enhancing performance. |
Mobile 4-Wheel Frame Sturdy structure with rolling casters and locking brakes for stability and mobility. The frame is available in stainless steel or black steel versions to suit different environmental conditions. |
Camlock Fitting Quick-connect coupling for secure and hassle-free hose attachment. |

The Unloading System operates on a simple yet effective principle. Operators position the unit near the IBC, tank, or barrel using the mobile frame, then place the container beneath the support structure with a forklift or manual pallet truck. The suction lance is lowered to the desired level, and the pumping process is initiated with a single press of the START button.
The Unloading System features a flexible lance positioning system to accommodate different operational needs. The lance can be adjusted using either a pneumatic actuator for automated control or a manual winch for precise manual adjustment. Both options are available in standard and ATEX-compliant versions, allowing customers to choose the best solution for their specific requirements. This straightforward operation ensures efficiency and ease of use in various industrial settings.
| Adjustable Lance Height Height-adjustable mechanism allows precise immersion in various container sizes. |
Pneumatic Actuator Automated system for effortless positioning without manual effort. |
Manual Winch Hand-operated adjustment tool for controlled movement of the lance. |

The Unloading System offers two distinct control configurations to meet different operational requirements. Clients can choose between an electric or pneumatic control panel based on their specific needs. Both standard and ATEX-compliant versions support either configuration, ensuring adaptability to different working environments. Additionally, the system can be integrated with a radar level sensor, which enables automatic operation based on container fill levels. When installed, this sensor allows the system to stop pumping automatically once the container is empty and restart the process when a new filled container is detected. This optional feature enhances automation, reducing the need for manual intervention.

Safety is paramount in our Unloading System design. The system incorporates an emergency stop function for immediate process interruption when needed. The integrated pulsation dampener prevents excessive turbulence during operation, ensuring smooth and safe product transfer. The Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pump can operate dry and even in situations where there is no discharge on the pumping line, making it exceptionally simple and safe to use. For pumping hazardous substances, we recommend using a Barrier (TB) pump version, providing additional protection against potential leaks and ensuring safety in sensitive environments.
| Emergency Stop Button Instant shutoff feature to halt operations in critical situations. |
Pulsation Dampener Balances pressure fluctuations to maintain a smooth transfer process. |
AODD Pump with Guardian System Extra layer of protection preventing leakage in case of diaphragm failure. |
