The Filling Machine System is highly customizable to meet your specific application needs. You can choose from different pump types — such as diaphragm pumps, lobe pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, or peristaltic pumps — depending on the product’s viscosity, shear sensitivity, and other characteristics. Components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or specialized plastics such as polypropylene for aggressive media. For applications involving such media, the system includes a plastic drip tray for added safety and convenience. Weight scales come in a variety of sizes, offering flexibility to accommodate different container dimensions.

The filling arm is available in multiple configurations to suit your specific needs, including manual adjustment for straightforward applications, automated arm movement for foam-sensitive media where the nozzle descends to the bottom of the container during filling, and a sealed arm with a vented cap for hazardous or corrosive vapor managementduring the filling process.
