IBC Mixing Station
Save your time and use one, complete solution for mixing various liquid products. Mixing Station is an automated system for highly efficient mixing in an IBC. It is available both in stationary and mobile execution, allowing use in various locations.
Mixing stations are convenient and very easy to use. All operations are performed from the integrated control panel, which starts and stops the unit while also adjusting the speed of rotation. The only manual work to be done is the delivery of the IBC, and collecting it when mixing time is finished. Such a design allows for swift positioning and lowering of the mixer as well as setting the mixing timer.

| ATEX: | Available in explosion-proof version (ATEX). | |
| Power supply: | 400V AC, 50-60 Hz or 220-230V AC; 50-60 Hz | |
| Dimensions: | 1300x1200x3000 mm (length x width x height) | |
| Materials: | Wetted parts (impeller, shaft): AISI 316, PP, PFA, ECTFE. Other parts: AISI 304 or painted steel. |

IBC station guarantees a high level of safety – not only will the mixer not turn on while it’s raised above the container’s level, but also when the container is placed incorrectly or missing. While operating all the rotating elements are in an enclosed space removing the possibility of accidental, direct contact.
The shafts and impellers are available in a range of materials (AISI 316, PP, PFA, ECTFE). The operator, via a frequency inverter, can adjust the rotational speed of the mixer which allows it to be used for many different applications. IBC mixing station has been designed for mixing different liquids with each other or with powders ensuring their full dissolution in liquids.
To use the Mixing Station the tank with liquid need to be positioned under the mixer. Alternatively, in a case of a mobile mixing station, the unit needs to be transported to the location of the tank. Proper positioning of the container (coaxiality of the container axis and mixer impeller axis) is ensured by the guiding rails. After the placement, the mixer is to be lowered and the rotational speed and mixing time are to be set.
During mixing the operator can focus on different tasks and after the unit is finished it will turn off while indicating the end of the cycle. Thanks to the timer function the mixing time can be set accurately and accordingly to a designated product. The specially designed station allows precise positioning of the mixer above the container. The raising and lowering of the mixer are controlled via a control panel connected to the actuator. Alternatively, the unit comes with a manual rope reel that’s easy to use and made to comply with ATEX requirements. In both cases, the mixer is cannot be uncontrollably lowered.

Drum mixing station
The unit is additionally equipped with an integrated drum cover for the mixer. It covers the drum during the mixing process ensuring the medium does not escape the drum while also preventing particles from outside from getting into the drum. What is more, the drum is fastened with belts which prevent it from rotating. We also offer made-to-order drum covers with a feeding hopper allowing the addition of ingredients during the mixing process without the need for raising the mixer itself.
Mobile mixing station
The mobile design of the mixing station enables its use in many places across the institution. The mobile station is equipped with wheels allowing it to be easily transported. After setting the station in a desired position (usually above the tank) the wheels can be locked in place which guarantees safety during work. Mobile mixing station is available in versions for IBC tanks and drums. If required the station can be made in ATEX standard.
